Godfather Fuzzworks Custom Fuzz Face: Germanium Soviet GT309E transistors manufactured in Ukraine w/ New components/Vintage Hammertone Copper: Units like this one go fast when I post them, so don't wait! Two Soviet GT309E germanium transistors (flying saucer case) give this unit an awesome full out vintage fuzz tone, but when the guitar is dialed back the SRV glassy tones are there. This circuit sounds a lot like my copper case Joe Bonamassa Fuzz Face, but has top end clarity and extremely good rolled-back clean tones. Very nice. Biased at 4.5V, so its smooth with some serious rip. A carbon comp trimmer has been added on the PCB to adjust the Q2 bias as needed.Pedal has a repro Dallas Arbiter PCB board, new Alpha pots: Log 500K for the Volume and a 1k Lin for the Fuzz pot. Resistors are new old stock carbon composition. All new caps. Switch and jacks are new as well. Very awesome pedal in looks and sound.
