The rubber tube should be on the inside of your arm extending downward to your hand.2.Make certain the cuff lies approximately 2 to 3 cm above the elbow.There should be little free space (about 2 fingers) between your arm and the cuff.3.Keep the cuff on the same level with your heart.4.Relax the hand and palm is uptwards.
