Hot Wheels custom NON WHITE TONER decals. These decals DO NOT have white toner, you will have to place overtop of a white painted casting for best results. No need to clear coat. Be sure to check out my other decal sets. Updating weekly. TO INSTALL: Cut out as close as possible to the image. Place in water for approximately 15 seconds. Transfer decal onto the casting using a brush or finger. Absorb excess water with a sponge, paper towel, etc. Let sit and dry.
